OFFICE HOURS & TELETHERAPY

All sessions are by appointment only. Therapy is traditionally conducted face-to-face; however, phone or Skype sessions may also be arranged when in-person sessions are not possible, or if otherwise agreed upon. 

PAYMENT

My regular rate is $200/session for individuals, $240/session for couples and longer sessions. I offer a limited number of patient hours at reduced rates for those experiencing financial hardships. I am happy to provide a super bill receipt if your insurance has a deductible.

CONFIDENTIALITY & PRIVACY

One of the most important aspects of being in treatment is that it is a safe place where you can come and feel to explore, discuss, know parts of yourself that you wouldn't have otherwise known about. That requires a space where there is no worry that any information would be communicated to anyone else (without the patient's written consent). The law guarantees this (with a few rare exceptions) but it is my job to provide the atmosphere in which confidentiality is the bedrock of the psychotherapeutic process. 

INSURANCE

As of January 1st, 2024, I will no longer be in network for Pacific Source insurance and in 2025 I will no longer be in-network with any insurance. But I will also gladly fill out forms as an out-of-network provider if your insurance covers such services. Please check with your individual insurance to find out what your plan covers.
